Justin Fix – Creator/Producer/Director
Justin Fix has a tenacious personality that drives him to fight for what he believes in. After studying at the Roosevelt Performing Arts Conservatory in Chicago, Justin eagerly pursued a career in the arts, which would allow him to explore his lifelong fascination with horror and haunted houses. His work is a combination of all art forms, including dance, improv, and theatre; his themes create atmosphere, and his characters drive conversation. Justinhas performed for over twenty years, with various roles in productions ranging from national tours such as Cats, The Full Monty and Hairspray; to television, including shows such as Pretty little Liars and Bones; and films, including August Falls and Terror on the Road. Justin also boasts a strong hospitality and marketing background in which he has held many titles, including Director of Operations for a restaurant group and Executive Producer for the events firm, Bash Please.
J.T. Swierczek – Producer/ Partnership Director
J.T. Swierczek is a marketing and branding entrepreneur who began his career in the music business when he was 19 years old. After graduating with 2 degrees and top honors from Texas Christian University, in Television and Film Production as well as Business Marketing, he moved to LA in 2003. He built a successful lounge from the ground up, assisted in building a tourism magazine platform and represented hundreds of brands in the wine and spirit industry. Currently, aside from being a Producer at JFI Productions, he runs the sales and marketing initiatives in Southern California for Red Bull North America.
Stephanie Turek – Creative Supervisor/ Choreographer
Stephanie Turek, an Ohio-trained dancer, attended Point Park University as a jazz major. She traveled the world for several years as a lead dancer on Holland America Line and went on to become a Show Director for Stiletto Entertainment based in Los Angeles. Some of her credits include: HARPO & Oprah Winfrey’s Trip of a Lifetime, Janet Jackson Tribute, Julie Marie and Mindless Behavior tour, the Las Vegas Cosmopolitan Hotel showcase featuring Sam Sparrow, Mayor Hawthorne featuring Tuxedo, Dancing with the Stars, & NBC’s “Marry Me.”
Daniel Montgomery – Writer/ Artistic Director
Daniel Montgomery is a bonafide horror-movie addict, Halloween fanatic, all-things-scary expert, and host of the official Goosebumps podcast, Welcome To DeadCast (on iTunes!). In addition to being a writer, director, and content-creator, Daniel is also a trained performer (USC School of Dramatic Arts, Beverly Hills Playhouse) who works in theatre (Celebration Theatre, Sacred Fools, Rogue Machine) and TV/Film (The Middle, Mom, HULU’s Complete Works, Grey’s Anatomy and the award-winning horror film, Pals).
Fiona Rene – Performance Director/ Artistic Director
Fiona Rene began to dive into acting and directing ‘haunts’ with 13th Floor
Entertainment. After writing, casting and directing her first live horror event for 13th Floor in 2008, she has continued to create Theatrical Scare Productions worldwide. In 2010, she relocated to London and alongside acting; worked as an Independent Haunt consultant and in 2011, she opened Le Manoir de Paris; a year round, immersive horror theatre in Paris. Fiona wrote, directed, and cast for Le Manoir until relocating to LA in January 2016: where she now, continues her growth as an OnCamera and Voice Actor.
David Anderson – Production Designer / Set Dresser
A native of Los Angeles, David Anderson worked in the market research industry for 10 years where he managed home entertainment sales tracking for The Nielsen Company. During his stint in the corporate world, he found ways to indulge his passion for experiential entertainment as a creative consultant and stage manager for area haunts (Fright Fest at Six Flags Magic Mountain, Reign of Terror Haunted House). David has also been the driving force behind a series of themed events as Creative Director for Unreliable Narrator Productions. A confirmed Halloween and horror obsessive, he is always on the lookout for opportunities to collaborate with like-minded creators committed to pushing the boundaries of storytelling.
Lindsay Diamond – Costume & Make Up
Lindsay Diamond moved to Los Angeles after attending the University of Arizona to pursue a career in the fashion industry. Her journey started with an internship at The Ellen DeGeneres Show where she worked with highly talented stylists, such as Erin Hirsh, Jen Pinkston, and Lysa Cooper. Today, Lindsay is freelancing as a Fashion Stylist in Los Angeles. She continues to develop invaluable experience by working on projects for BuzzFeed, Christian Dior, IMG, Snapchat, and other reputable companies.
Lacy Forrest – Casting Director
Lacy’s love of haunts began at the age of fourteen when she stumbled upon a sign seeking “scare actors” for a new local haunt in Atlanta, GA. After a successful season and armed with a new found passion, she went on to co-produce “The Haunted House of Boos” (House of Blues, Atlanta, GA- currently The Tabernacle) and then later join the “Netherworld” cast- one of the top rated haunts in America. Sad to leave her Netherworld family, Lacy decided to make the move to Los Angeles, CA in 2005 to delve into the world of unscripted television as a Casting Producer. During the past 11 years, Lacy has been able to make dreams come true, placing people on shows such as The Voice, America’s Best Dance Crew, The Sing Off, and MasterChef, to name a few.
David Ruzicka – Consultant
David Ruzicka is a creative thinker with a weird last name and even weirder dreams. During the day, he is Associate Creative Director at The Bezark Company (mostly for bright, shiny, family-friendly theme park rides and shows). In the dark and dreadful night, he consults with immersive theater companies and haunted attractions. He has contributed writing and creative direction for Disney Imagineering, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Center, Motiongate Dubai, and more. David is thrilled to be finding his inner Creep in 2017.
